Uggie was a very talented Jack Russell Terrier, who could perform a whole array of tricks and had many TV appearances and featured in films, including 'Water for Elephants' and 'The Artist'. He was rescued from going to a pound aged two by owner and trainer, Omar von Muller and is among the likes of Lassie and Rin Tin Tin.
He is most well known for his starring role in Oscar winning film 'The Artist'.
